Yes, we will handle it all, from taking photos of your rental property to conducting background checks and credit reports. We will advertise your rental property on our local Las Vegas Realtor - Multiple Listing Service. We also syndicate your rental listing to many other major real estate-related websites.
This will be determined by the current local market rates. We will pull rental comps from our local Multiple Listing Service covering Southern Nevada including the Las Vegas Valley, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and more.
We do! Your tenants will have access to their tenant portal to make maintenance requests to get any issues rectified. You, the Landlord, will also be notified when a tenant request has been submitted to us.

First, let's ensure the rental property fits you (the Applicant) so time and money are well spent for all parties, right? We hope the rental property suits your needs.
That said, the Landlord requires the Applicant to be shown the rental property's interior, exterior, and community areas before submitting the Rental Application. Showing the rental property must be done by any local Real Estate Agent or REALTOR®. If satisfied, the Applicant shall review our online Rental Application Guidelines and correctly complete our Rental Application at www.RentalStoreLV.com.
We process our rental applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not put multiple Applicants in competition with each other. All applications received are time-stamped, and a confirmation is emailed. No fees are collected, and no work will commence on your application file unless you become the first position in our queue. Your patience is appreciated.
In the event of reaching the first position, a "PayPal® Invoice" will be emailed to you for collecting our "Non-refundable Rental Application Fee." Once we receive the non-refundable fee, we will commence the review process. Upon any requests for clarification/additional information from the Landlord's Authorized Agent (Property Manager), time is of the essence for follow-up by the Applicant throughout the remaining stages. We will notify you of your results after completion of the Landlord's review process.
PLEASE NOTE: The total amount of the "non-refundable rental application fee" is non-refundable regardless of whether a "denial," "conditional," or "approval" result is determined.
We'll contact the Applicant with the Landlord's final review results. Upon a favorable and agreed-upon outcome, immediate coordination of the Lease Agreement review and signing will occur jointly with the initial deposits, fees, and rent collected in certified funds or coordinated Electronic Funds Transfer. Upon an executed Lease Agreement, proof of reliable active Tenant utility accounts and coordination of the move-in date will occur.
